Day #2: 30 August 2016


  • Nose stuffy
  • Blister on left heel from walking yesterday
  • Tired
  • Legs sore
  • Final step count yesterday: 10,896
  • Final stair count yesterday: 17 floors
  • Sleep last night: 3 hours, 38 minutes
  • 19550 unread emails in student account

Today I will:

  • Put batteries in the scale so I can track weight
  • Continue with 4:13 ratio
  • Walk at lunch and one other time
  • Research whether my Fitbit can remind me about the 250 steps an hour thing
  • Catch up student email account
  • Get screenshots of account for Dick


  • Spray 3X
  • Short walk at 11:40. Blister hurt and approaching lunch cut it short. Forgot and took elevator on way back.
